Welcome to Appeliefie, a creative space for kids to explore art through guidance, exploration, and creating their own masterpieces. Our Program

At Appeliefie, we offer a thoughtfully designed art program for children between 2 and 12 years. Through painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed-media, children are introduced to a rich world of materials and techniques.

Our approach focuses on nurturing curiosity while gently guiding children as they develop their skills. We believe every child has a unique way of seeing and creating, and our goal is to protect that individuality rather than shaping it into a single outcome.

Process over Product: We believe the journey is more important than the destination. In our studio, children have the freedom to experiment and build a creative voice that is entirely their own. In this supportive environment, they don't just learn to make art; they develop the imagination and resilience that stays with them long after the paint has faded.

At the heart of Appeliefie is a belief that every child deserves a space where their ideas are valued and their creativity can truly flourish.

About me

Some of my happiest childhood memories are of stationery shopping with my mom, choosing glitter, crayons, and beautiful paper. It felt as if creativity itself were a celebration, pure magic for my inner child.

Art has always been my anchor. The classes I took throughout my childhood shaped me in ways I am only fully realizing now. For me, art is a space where the heart and soul can run free; where the mind can wander, reflect, and simply be. It is both peaceful and challenging. When a brushstroke refuses to cooperate and frustration creeps in, art gently teaches us the quiet courage to try again.

I’ve come to see that art mirrors life. Mistakes are not failures; they are part of the process. We adjust, we grow, and we often create something even more meaningful than we first imagined.

Completing my Honours in Art Therapy deepened this understanding. It strengthened my belief that art isn’t just about the final image, it’s about building confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Appeliefie was created from this heart-centered philosophy: a space where children can experience wonder and freedom, exploring the world in their own unique way.
